2. Education: Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher.
3. Experience: Minimum 2 years in corporate planning, brand strategy, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
4. Skills: Strong logical thinking, self-learning ability, and self-motivation.
5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common graphic design software.
